The Colesbourne is in a stunning location in the countryside around Cheltenham and has a very strong local following as well as attracting visitors to the area, groups taking part in outdoor pursuits and is very busy for the Cheltenham Racing weeks.
It is one of Wadworth's most premium food pubs, offering the full range of Wadworth beers, is full of character and has a beautiful garden. There are also 14 wellappointed guest rooms.

Set in the heart of the picturesque Cotswold countryside and occupying two acres, The Colesbourne Inn is a delightful old coaching inn of the Colesbourne Estate, dating back to 1827. Located midway between Cheltenham and Cirencester, one of Wadworth's most premium food pubs is ideally situated for visiting many of the beauty spots for which the Cotswolds are famous.

We are looking for a creative & entrepreneurial General Manager to join and lead our team at this iconic 14 bedroom business. As the successful General Manager, you will embrace the autonomy given to run your business and offer unique ideas to drive your team to success. You will have a genuine passion for exceptional customer service and a pro-active approach to team management. You will recruit & develop your team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delight our customers.

As General Manager you will take accountability for the smooth and successful running of this pub. In this rewarding role you will demonstrate leadership and professionalism; have the ambition and enthusiasm to drive the business forward. You will be responsible for building and leading a successful team to ensure outstanding customer service is always delivered. The key attributes we are looking for in the successful candidate are:
